Wastewater treatment System

Polymerization wastewater treatment system

Cleaning water is polymerised and separated into water and sludge. The water is reused as cleaning water and the sludge disposed of through incineration or as industrial waste.

 

Activated sludge wastewater treatment system

Activated sludge is created by blowing air into organic wastewater. This causes microbes to propogate and mass together, forming a mud-like suspension in the water. Our system utilises the properties of this sort of activated sludge, which it mixes with organic wastewater, aerates (blows air into it) and separates into wastewater and organic matter. A top layer of treated wastewater is then obtained following sedimentation separation of the activated sludge.

 

Contracted Impregnation

A service where we take receipt of products from customers and carry out impregnation on our own premises. Under the motto "Quality first and foremost," we carry out impregnation thoroughly and speedily. The service is highly rated by customers, whose full trust we have earned.

 

Flow of Contracted Impregnation

Upon receipt of a request for contracted impregnation, a meeting to examine actual products and blueprints, etc., takes place.

At Sutai we deliberate the content of what has been requested, draw up the most appropriate plan and deliver an estimate.

Using our excellent impregnation sealants we carry out test impregnation using trial impregnation equipment.

We examine and evaluate test impregnation items.

After receiving a certain volume of products from the customer, we carry out mass-production tests under regular production flow conditions.

 

We ask the customer to examine and evaluate mass-production test items and carry out a process survey.

 

We receive products and implement regular production flow impregnation.

We deliver the products to the customer.

 

Special Impregnation

As special impregnation, utilising the insulation properties of impregnation sealants, we carry out the treatment of insulated bearings for new Shinkansen bullet trains.
